At Ewago, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return. Certain hygiene or personal-use items may also be non-returnable for safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
